Podr\u00eda decirse que el aspecto m\u00e1s importante de la agilidad es el cambio. De hecho, la agilidad puede entenderse como pasar de una forma de trabajar a otra. De hacer algo planificado que es potencialmente in\u00fatil, a hacer algo inesperado pero seguramente \u00fatil. <\/p>\n

Para lograr el cambio, primero hay que descubrir qu\u00e9 se puede hacer de forma diferente en la pr\u00f3xima acci\u00f3n. Descubrir el cambio necesario suele ser doloroso. Las personas est\u00e1n acostumbradas a hacer las cosas de una manera espec\u00edfica. Est\u00e1n acostumbradas a realizar tareas concretas, bien conocidas. Sacarles de su rutina diaria es inc\u00f3modo y muchas veces puede encontrar resistencia. Esto es normal, incluso si se est\u00e1 preparado para el cambio.<\/p>\n

El cambio puede tener diferentes or\u00edgenes. Probablemente la m\u00e1s dolorosa sea cuando un cliente te dice que tu producto no hace lo que \u00e9l\/ella quiere. Hay que analizar las quejas de los clientes y, si son razonables, considerar su inclusi\u00f3n en el producto. Estos cambios pueden tener un gran impacto tanto en el producto como en el flujo de trabajo de desarrollo.<\/p>\n

Otro posible cambio inesperado es cuando se nos escapan uno o dos fallos y acaban apareciendo en el producto lanzado. El cliente vendr\u00e1 y se quejar\u00e1 de que el producto funciona de forma defectuosa. Este tipo de queja es, sin embargo, menos dolorosa que la anterior. S\u00ed, hay un error que hay que arreglar, pero al menos tanto el cliente como t\u00fa est\u00e1is de acuerdo en lo que debe hacer el producto. As\u00ed que el cambio afecta al flujo de trabajo del equipo de desarrollo al introducir una tarea imprevista, pero todo el mundo acepta sin problemas que hay que hacerlo.<\/p>\n

La tercera forma de producir cambios en un proyecto o en nuestro flujo de trabajo de desarrollo puede producirse cuando uno o varios miembros del equipo identifican un problema. Entonces encuentran una soluci\u00f3n e intentan introducir un cambio en el flujo de trabajo de todo el equipo. Este cambio nace para eliminar el problema identificado. Este tipo de cambio requiere que una persona convenza a todos los dem\u00e1s de que existe un problema. Adem\u00e1s, esta persona debe convencer a los dem\u00e1s de que las molestias causadas hoy por el cambio facilitar\u00e1n la vida de todos ma\u00f1ana. Este puede ser el cambio m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de introducir, independientemente del lado de la barricada en el que te encuentres.<\/p>\n
