SynetoOS runs alongside vSphere. ESXi keeps production unchanged. Hyperion runs dev/test only.

Phase 2 · Pilot

Move 5-10 non-critical production VMs. Measure latency, throughput, ops fit, on-call response.

Migrate the majority. Decommission ESXi licences as they're emptied. Reclaim hardware budget.
