Channel account manager (Italy, North-west region)

Syneto is looking for a new Syneto Channel Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for building relationships between Syneto and potential resellers and distributors, interacting with partners. Your objective will be to increase the number of Syneto resellers in the area. You must have the ability to work together, as a team, with all Syneto departments – Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Presales, Operations.


  • Guide the partners’ sales teams with an appropriate strategy, in order to achieve the common goal
  • Use appropriate relational techniques with partners to develop opportunities together
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and Syneto management to share sales strategies
  • Participate in strategic sessions with Syneto’s management and partners to develop monthly, quarter and annual objectives
  • Plan and execute channel activities aimed at forecasting, marketing, commercial relationships, and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and engage in sales calls with potential partners
  • Enable commercial agreements between partners and the Syneto team
  • Create medium and long-term plans to reach existing targets in-line with company objectives
  • Reach monthly, quarterly and annual targets according to company objectives
  • Identify new Syneto case studies to be used as references
  • Prepare a list of Partners to be developed on the territory
  • Use social media to promote and support the strategies chosen by Syneto and its partners
  • Work together with the Marketing department to plan specific actions and strategies


  • 5+ years experience as an account manager, managing a reseller channel
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to design presentations
  • The ability to learn new methods of presenting innovative products and solutions
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and of the channel, based on previous experience
  • Experience in solution selling and complex sales, as well as in developing relationships with several “buyers”
  • The ability to understand the problems of a business and how products and technology solve them
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and proactiveness
