We need your expertise to
Analyze and optimize business processes, supporting operational teams and management control. Collaborate with all departments involved in these processes to improve efficiency and overall company performance.
What we need you to do
- Analyze and monitor business processes to identify improvement opportunities;
- Support data management through software tools, simulation models, and data analysis;
- Collaborate with production, logistics, sales, and management control teams to optimize workflows and procedures;
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for management;
- Participate in continuous improvement and process automation projects;
- Use basic Python skills and advanced Excel for data modeling and analysis (preferred).
What skills and experience you need
- Strong communication skills with team members and other company departments;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- Precision, responsibility, and determination in achieving goals;
- Ability to work with software tools such as information management systems, simulation models, and data analysis software;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Preferably previous work experience (min. 1 year) in organization/management roles;
- Good knowledge of the English language.
