Welcome to the SynetoOS 6 beta test program (hereafter the “Product”). By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the beta testing program is voluntary and reserved for users selected by SYNETO.

3. Purpose of Beta Testing

The purpose of the beta testing program is to identify and resolve any problems, improve the functionality of the Product, suggest new features before its official release.

4. Use of the Product

Participants may use the Product for testing and feedback purposes only. The use of the Product for commercial or other unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

5. Feedback

You agree to provide accurate and detailed feedback regarding the Product. Feedback may include bug reports, suggestions for improvement, and other helpful comments.

SYNETO may use the feedback to improve the Product without any obligation to you.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all information about the Product confidential during and after the beta testing program.

This includes, but is not limited to, technical information, functionality, and any bugs found.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Product belong to SYNETO. The participation in the beta testing program does not confer any intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” without any warranty. SYNETO will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Product during the beta testing program.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be communicated to participants and will be effective immediately.

10. Withdrawal from the Program

You may withdraw from the beta testing program at any time by notifying us at beta@syneto.eu. SYNETO reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time and for any reason.
